Quality assurance is a term that is commonly used but rarely implemented in a way that gives practical benefits for stakeholders. At Seeclear Systems, we have implemented a website quality assurance process that means no site goes live unless it is free from any fault or mistake.

The process involves a group of our senior professionals reviewing every site that is about to go live to check that:

• There are no typographical, grammatical and/or spelling errors in the text
• All links within the site work correctly
• Contact and enquiry forms operate correctly
• Relevant key words are inserted in appropriate places to maximise search engine rankings
• The content management system (where provided) is functioning properly
• All functionality is installed in relation to any e-commerce shopping cart facilities
• The site displays correctly on all major operating systems and browsers
